Payments

Customers may choose, during the order form completion procedures, to pay with:

• Paypal
• Credit card

In any case, the contract will be considered concluded upon receipt by the Customer of the confirmation of acceptance by Sanseverino Napoli srl, without prejudice to the right of Sanseverino Napoli srl to demand the payments due, and to carry out the shipment only upon receipt of payment. Sanseverino Napoli Srl reserves the right not to accept incomplete or incorrectly filled out orders. In the event of failure to execute the order by Sanseverino Napoli Srl due to unavailability of the products ordered by the Customer, Sanseverino Napoli Srl will inform the Customer as soon as possible, refunding any sums already paid by the latter for the supply not performed. The prices of the products specified on the site include taxes. In the event of payment by credit card, Sanseverino Napoli Srl will charge the amount relating to the order only upon sending its acceptance of the order itself. The tax documentation relating to the volumes ordered will be issued by Sanseverino Napoli Srl upon completion of the payment.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

With Sanseverino Napoli Srl you receive your purchases directly at home and anywhere else you want.

National shipments use DHL express courier with delivery in 2/3 working days and shipment tracking service.
International shipping uses DHL express courier with delivery in 4/5 working days abroad.

SHIPPING TYPES:

Standard shipping: deliveries take place within 2/3 working days from purchase.
Cash on Delivery: deliveries take 4/5 working days and payment for the item is made in cash directly to the courier.

How to proceed with shipping?

At the time of payment, the data required for billing and delivery of the products are requested. Please pay close attention when filling out the form with the data, specifying the delivery address and telephone number correctly. The courier will take care of delivering the products to the indicated address.

Important things to remember:

– specify the exact address and the name of the recipient
– specify your mobile phone number for any eventuality
– pay attention to the possibility of a delivery notice issued by the courier.

Right of withdrawal

The return policy of Sanseverino Napoli Srl allows, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 , to return the purchased item without having to specify the reason, within 14 working days from delivery of the Product and to return the ordered volumes provided that they are in the same condition in which you received them.

Pursuant to art. 5 of the Decree, the Customer (if he/she qualifies as a “consumer” pursuant to art. 1 letter b of the Decree) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products ordered provided that they are in the same condition in which he/she received them. Such return may be made without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by email to customer@sanseverinonapoli.it

All returns must be authorized by Sanseverino Napoli Srl. Once such authorization has been received, the Customer may return the product to the following address:

Shipping costs will be entirely borne by the Customer, and cash on delivery packages will not be accepted.

Once the products have been received and their integrity has been verified, the company will start the refund procedure.

Sanseverino Napoli Srl will proceed, as soon as possible and in any case in accordance with the terms and methods provided for in this regard by art. 5 paragraph 7 of the Decree, to credit the Customer with the cost of the returned products, withholding, where necessary, the amount of shipping costs not paid by the Customer, which will remain definitively borne by the Customer. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer in the event that the products are damaged.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer in the event of customization of the item.

RIGHT OF REFUND

The buyer will be refunded as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised, for the entire amount paid, in its original packaging and equipped with all its accessories, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Legislative Decree 21/2014 - implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights - which came into force on 14/6/2014.
